Same Day Fits Mini Module
This technical training project was designed to help the client explain to their end-user the uses and benefits of same-day hearing aid fittings and also teach those working in the clinic best practices when trying to get patients correctly fitted.

Overview
This project was developed to help a hearing aid company train their clinics and patients about the most up to date information about same day fittings. What they are, who they benefit and how.
Process
Creating this project was an ongoing process that required constant analysis and iteration. With ongoing feedback and testing, I was able to develop a final version of this product. I designed and developed this eLearning experience from start to finish. To accomplish this, I created an action map, wrote a text-based storyboard, and started to develop an interactive prototype.
