Hi, I’m Alexia . An instructional designer and technical trainer with nearly a decade of experience designing training that’s clear, engaging, and built to last. Whether I’m helping a state agency roll out a new system or supporting an extremely fast-moving tech startup, I specialize in making learning work for real people.

Over the years, I’ve developed everything from software walkthroughs and onboarding programs to animated videos, webinars, and digital job aids. I’m known for my ability to translate complex information into digestible learning experiences that actually stick! When I’m not designing training, I’m hanging out with my dog, Theo. He’s the best co-worker a girl could ask for!

• Design eLearning, microlearning, and blended training programs

• Create supporting materials like storyboards, facilitator guides, and one-pagers

• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and stakeholders to align training with business goals

• Build content using tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Canva, and Microsoft 365

• Work comfortably across various industries—government, tech, education, and nonprofit

I think effective learning should never feel like a box to check. Every piece of training I build is grounded in clarity, intention, and impact. I use frameworks like ADDIE and SAM to guide my work, but I stay flexible and people centered in every step of the process.
